The Voice Within combines the singer and songwriter Tarik El-Kabbani from Cologne, also known as the host for weather forecasts for the German TV station ZDF, and the songwriter and studio musician Matthias Schardt from Siegen. After several unsuccessful attemts to find the right singer for The Voice Within Tarik El-Kabbani responded to the ad "Kreative Vocals gesucht". The best fit in order to realize melodeous rock was finally found. Extravagant vocal arrangements and modern guitar sounds have become a characteristic feature of The Voice Within. The bands U2, Coldplay and Marillion can be seen as musical role models with the individuality of The Voice Within always present. See you soon On the dark side of the moon... |
